Information for e-commerce services elettrofficina.com pursuant to art. 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (later also "GDPR").


1. Purpose of the processing

The qualitative and quantitative data relating to the purchases made by you can be processed by the Data Controller for analysis of purchases and sums spent, as well as to model as much as possible the commercial offer on your profile and your needs.
c) Direct marketing.
Your personal and contact data may be processed by the Data Controller for sending, by paper mail, e-mail, SMS information on purchase opportunities and active promotions. They can also be used for market research, including telephone research.
If you have given consent to the processing for profiling purposes, for the purpose of Profiled Direct Marketing, qualitative and quantitative data relating to the purchases made by you may also be processed, in order to send you commercial offers more targeted to your needs.

2. Legal basis for processing
The legal basis of the processing for the above purposes is based on your consent to the processing of your personal data.
The processing may also take place as necessary for the execution of a contract of which you are a party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request, to comply with legal obligations to which the Data Controller is subject or in cases where conditions of lawfulness of treatment determined by art. 6 of the GDPR and subsequent amendments and additions, also introduced by the State.

3. Information to ensure fair and transparent treatment

b) You have the right to ask the Data Controller for access to personal data and the rectification or deletion of the same or the limitation of the processing concerning you or to oppose their processing, in addition to the right to the portability of the data;
c) You have the right to withdraw consent for the aforementioned processing purposes at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before revocation;
d) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority pursuant to art. 77 GDPR (the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data, in Italy);
e) The provision of your data is optional, however the failure to provide your personal data requested when registering with the Portal will make it impossible to access it to make purchases and use the attached services;
f) The processing of data for all the above purposes will take place both with manual tools and using dedicated hardware and software.
In this regard, we inform you that there are automated decision-making processes for registering your activities on the ProsistelShop E-Commerce Portal, to follow up on your purchases and requests.
In case you consent to the processing of data also for the aforementioned purposes of "Study of your consumption choices (profiling)" and "Direct Marketing", as described above in art. 1 in points b) and c) respectively, additional automated decision-making processes will be used limited to model the commercial offer as much as possible on your profile and needs.

7. The right of opposition to processing for direct marketing purposes

Although the consequences of the automated decision-making processes employed by the Data Controller as described in art. 3 point f) above are limited, we inform you that pursuant to art. 22 paragraph 3 of the GDPR, you have the right to obtain human intervention from the Data Controller, to express your opinion and to challenge any decision, addressing the Data Controller or, pursuant to art. 38 paragraph IV GDPR, to the Data Protection Officer designated at the respective contacts indicated in this information.

9. How to exercise your rights
At any time you can contact the Data Protection Controller or data protection officer at the respective contacts indicated in this policy for all matters related to the processing of your personal data and for the exercise of your rights deriving from the EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (GDPR).

10. Ageing obligation
This policy is intended exclusively for those who have come of age. Therefore, if you are a minor, please refrain from providing your data and giving consent to the processing, as in any case your data will not be collected, stored or processed by the Data Controller for any of its intended purposes.
